MJ extends West end run

Having opened in previews this week, MJ has already extended its booking period at the Prince Edward Theatre.

The show is now booking through to 7 December 2024.

Lead casting announced for UK Tour of &Juliet

Initial casting has been announced for the upcoming UK Tour of &Juliet.

Recent Urdang graduate Geraldine Sacdalan will play the role of Juliet with Sandra Marvin as Angelique and Lara Denning as Anne Hathaway.

Mary Poppins to embark on new UK Tour

It has been announced that Mary Poppins will embark on a new UK Tour.

The show will open in Bristol in November before visiting Dublin, Edinburgh, Plymouth and Manchester with further dates to be announced.

The role of Mary Poppins will be played by Stefanie Jones and Jack Chambers as Bert. The pair recently played these roles in the Australian production.

Mamma Mia to celebrate 25th Anniversary

Mamma Mia is to celebrate its 25th anniversary this year.

The show originally opened at the Prince Edward Theatre on 6th April 1999, moving to the Prince of Wales theatre in 2004 and its current home, the Novello Theatre, in 2012.

It will celebrate the milestone with a special silver jubilee performance on 6th April 2024, becoming the third musical in the history of the West end to do so, and becoming the first musical written and directed by a women to reach 25 years.

Les Miserables extends West End run

Les Miserables is still going strong in the heart of the west end with the news of its next extension announced this week.

The famous production is now booking through to 29th March 2025.
